Assimilation potential is an important, system and complex ability of environment, that plays a direct role in renewal and proceeding in the natural resources of ecosistems. Assimilation potential, as economic category and as a specific natural resource, engaged in the system of public economic relations, gets in the sphere of action of economic laws. A necessary condition for this purpose is an economic evaluation of assimilation potential as a natural resource, the purpose of which is measuring of economic effect of brought to society. Being a public domain, assimilation potential of natural environment at the same time of gratuitous is utillized different economic subjects, as an organizatsionno–ekonomicheskiy mechanism of his use absents. By the basic elements of such mechanism, in our view, are: adjusting methods, adjusting levels, mechanism of the use and sphere of the use of assimilation potential of natural environment.
