This article relies on Systemic-Structural Theory of Activity to analyze the specifics of managers’ professional activities. The authors described the results of research into bank managers’ professional growth that could be used as a tool of their psychological support. The research results reflect the influence produced by various external and internal conditions in the bank manager daily activities affecting their professional success as well as crucial factors of their professional development interrelated with this success.
