This task is achieved by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method which facilitates the decision-making process and structures the problem using the hierarchical model. This model describes quantitative and qualitative elements and evaluates them using the pairwise comparisons analysis. The advantage of this model lies in the relationship and interdependence of criteria, sub criteria and the set of alternatives. Custom build software application “Tourism. Current State. Forecast.” was developed to solve the multi-criteria problems and facilitate decision making process in the tourism industry.
