It was shown that each of the factors T, P. H gives its contribution in the amount of the resistivity, which is determined by the specific or molar volume of the material. The estimation of contributions values was made. Analysis considered regularities indicate that mechanical, thermal, magnetic and galvanic properties are closely linked and used this link are realized through volume changes in specific volume.
