Its importance is reflected in the nature of the objectives it seeks to achieve. 1. Definition of Privatization - Definition and concept. 2. Review forms and methods of privatization. 3. Discuss and analyze the experiences of some countries that have followed privatization. Highlight the pros and cons of privatization. Providing results, solutions and conclusions that may be useful in the field of privatization. In particular, it focuses on some vital topics such as: • Explaining the concept of economic privatization and introducing its definitions. • Presenting and discussing different types, techniques and forms of economic Privatization. • Studying economic privatization experience from both developed and developing countries • Analyzing the performance of some privatized firms • Identifying the advantages and disadvantages of economic privatization, and highlighting the possibility of limiting the effects of its disadvantages • Setting standards and mechanisms that might clarify and promote the opportunities to execute a successful process of privatization.
