Grid Dynamics mainly operates in outsourcing industry. Majority of client portfolio concentrated within eCommerce domain and focused on US market. For the last few years company has maintained natural growth on the level about 25-30% a year. To support growth company depends on key resources: developers, delivery managers and business analysts. To maintain the same level of natural growth requires ability recruit more specialists from year to year. For now, the only source for new talents is recruitment at the offshore markets where we have presence. It’s important to understand that for these resources company compete not only with other outsourcing companies but actually competition goes on within entire software development market. That makes recruitment of qualified talents much harder job to be done. During the next few years company planning to do some acquisitions and maintain the same level of annual growth (in addition to acquisitions). In order to support ability to scale fast enough company actively looking for alternative ways to acquire new talents.
