The dissertation presents a new approach to solving an urgent scientific problem – improving the results of treatment of patients with gallstone disease (GD) combined with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and hernia of the esophageal orifice of the diaphragm (HEOD) using an advanced algorithm gallbladder and esophagogastric junction and original minimally invasive methods of surgical correction, which reduces the frequency of postoperative complications, recurrences, and improves treatment outcomes. The aim of the study is to improve the results of diagnosis and treatment of patients with housing and communal services, combined with GERD and HEOD by optimizing the diagnosis, choice of surgical tactics and determination of indications for simultaneous laparoscopic interventions.
