Significant changes found in the health status of children with uCTD syndrome increased with age, which was strongly associated with increased collagen breakdown (according to the levels of hydroxyproline and glycosaminoglycans in the urine), impaired immunity (decrease in indicators of local immunity immunoglobulins (Ig) - IgA and sIgA in saliva), phagocytosis (phagocytosis activity and oxygen-dependent neutrophil metabolism) and activation of lipid peroxidation.
