The conflict has led to significant disruptions in logistics chains, destruction of critical infrastructure, loss of skilled personnel due to mobilization and migration, and a sharp decline in demand for goods and services. According to the European Business Association (EBA), as of early 2025, 75% of companies are operating at full capacity, 24% with restrictions, and only 1% have ceased operations entirely.
