The purpose of the work is to solve a topical scientific and technical problem, which is to develop technologies to ensure the survivability of territorially distributed information computer
systems in a single information space (TDICS SIS) in conditions of destructive influences. TDICS SIS means a set of organizational structure, software and hardware and telecommunication means, mechanisms of functioning, algorithms, technologies, bases and banks data and knowledge that operate on the basis of common principles in a single information space, and designed to collect, process, store and provide the necessary information users of the system to make timely and adequate decisions.
