TDICS SIS means a set of organizational structure, software and hardware and telecommunication means, mechanisms of functioning, algorithms, technologies, bases and banks data and knowledge that operate on the basis of common principles in a single information space, and designed to collect, process, store and provide the necessary information users of the system to make timely and adequate decisions. popup.description2 A classification of threats, vulnerabilities and attacks on the TDICS SIS is proposed; models of threats and attacks on the TDICS SIS. The processes occurring in the TDICS SIS during the implementation of threats of various origins and directions are analyzed, the relationship between potential threats, vulnerabilities and consequences of the implementation of TDICS SIS threats is established. Methods and means of detecting threats and attacks are analyzed. Based on the comparative analysis, it is concluded that none of the considered open systems fully meets the criteria of an «ideal» attack detection system. The main drawback is the lack of adaptability to unknown attacks and the inability to analyze the behavior of system elements at all levels simultaneously. Therefore, the probability of the TDICS SIS survivability technology remains relevant. An ontological model of threats TDICS SIS has been built, which will provide an opportunity to automate the process of building a threat model for a specific system, identify a threat, select an appropriate countermeasure and make a decision on its implementation. A mathematical model of threats TDICS SIS has been presented, which will allow analyzing the characteristics and behavior of the system under the conditions of negative impacts in computer modeling.
