TDICS SIS means a set of organizational structure, software and hardware and telecommunication means, mechanisms of functioning, algorithms, technologies, bases and banks data and knowledge that operate on the basis of common principles in a single information space, and designed to collect, process, store and provide the necessary information users of the system to make timely and adequate decisions. popup.description2 The following issues are considered: the issues of research and analysis of the functioning of territorially distributed information computer systems operating in a single information space (TDICS SIS); information processes occurring in TDICS SIS; the structure of TDICS SIS; issues of TDICS SIS security and the need to ensure its survivability; options for building the architecture of a territorially distributed information and computer system with a single information space and a logical-probabilistic model for assessing the reliability of such systems. The following is performed: a general description of TDICS SIS and the features of its functioning; examples of real-life systems similar to TDICS SIS are given. The following is proposed: an ontological model of TDICS SIS, which reflects the structure and concept of TDICS SIS, its features, external and internal connections, rules and logic of interaction of elements; mathematical model TDICS SIS, which should provide analysis of the characteristics and behavior of the system during computer modeling. A method of parallel search for an information object in unified information spaces is proposed, when the search for an information object will be carried out independently in parallel in all unified information spaces.
