Description

According to plan of investigation the methods of control of the plant proteins and oils in dairy products have been developed. The method of electrophoresis have been used for determination of soya proteins and the gas-liqid chromatography method was used for determination of fatty acid composition of the combine plant-dairy products. Тhe data base of biochemical qualitative indexes of the dairy products with plant components has been created.
