The object of research is the biological risks in food of animal origin (Campylobacter spp.). The aim of the study is to create science-based system of assessment and management of biological risks in the food chain. Methods - microscopic, microbiological, polymerase chain reaction, polymerase chain reaction in real time, biochemical, hemagglutination reaction, statistics. Field of application - the results of research will be used in the study of animal products enterprises engaged in the production and circulation of food and feed, to ensure that the safety of food and feed of good quality.
