The quality and the cleanliness of lots of hops produced by the hoped enterprises of Zhytomyr, Lviv, Rivne and Khmelnytsky regions have been determined. In terms of quality indicators hops grown in different zones of Ukraine meet the requirements of the national standard DSTU 7067: 2009 Hops. Technical conditions, and its biochemical composition is stable and corresponds to the passport data of the studied varieties. The economic effect of setting the cleanliness of lots of hops, with the introduction of technological assessment is 2-3 thousand UAH per 1 ton of hops. The most promising varieties of hop aromatic type Slavyanka and Zagrava, as well as varieties with high content of xanthohumol Ruslan and Xantha, are recommended, which are recommended for widespread introduction into production. When grown in hmelepredpriyatiyah Ukraine high-soluble high-yield varieties of hops aromatic type will be additionally received 30-50 thousand UAH. with 1 hectare of hmelasasheniya, with the introduction of bitter varieties - 25-40 thousand UAH. / ha. The database of technological quality indicators of hops of domestic varieties was analyzed, systematized and supplemented on the basis of which the Atlas of Ukrainian hop varieties was issued and the first Ukrainian site http://www.ukrainianhops.com/uk/ was created, where the characteristics of Ukrainian hop varieties in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
