Highly-efficient models and industrial designs of frame assemblies of multifunctional equipment, methods of calculating their expected technical characteristics and introduction into industry have been created. Adapted the management program according to the kinematic structure and simultaneous implementation of the analysis of the rigid and dynamic characteristics of the technological system. A mathematical model was developed based on the vector equations of velocities and accelerations and their parametric resolution both working bodies and all parts of mechanisms of parallel structure, which is placed in the new program TAngle for program control of the advanced functions of technological equipment. Approaches are proposed for expanding areas of application of frame assemblies for processing of difficult profile surfaces by pressure by rolling a roller and receiving tubular products with a profiled inner surface.
