Traceability is an effective means of consumer protection that, in the event of a food incident, allows the supplier to identify where the hazardous raw material or food product was sent and where the source of the threat came from, ie to trace the entire route of the hazardous raw material or product. Therefore, the basis of a successful traceability system is the effective identification and identification of batches of products, as well as proper documentation of the traceability system.
