Scientifically grounds and elaboration rations of feed with the use of products of the directed physiology action for the different layers of population. In work on the basis of the conducted analysis and systematization of literary information the grounded necessity of the system use of products of health action for the different layers of population. It is proved that one of main questions in creation of food stuffs with health properties there is enriching them on bioorganic mineral connections, in particular iron and calcium, сonnecting protein and decline of their calorie content. The wide assortment of food stuffs, which enriched on bioorganic connections of iron and calcium, сonnecting protein and pastries wares, with the reduced calorie content, is offered. Ten days rations of feed are developed for the children of senior school age.
