A theory for the low-temperature properties of one- and two-dimensional frustrated Heisenberg quantum antiferromagnets in strong magnetic fields will be constructed. For double-tetrahedral chain, a frustrated triangular tube, and a frustrated triangular-lattice bilayer) an effective description will be constructed using the concept of localized magnons.
