Also we plan to investigate the interaction of the lithosphere structure with anomalous deformations of the surface according to GNSS observations. We will performe astrometric monitoring of brown dwarfs that are optically, spectroscopically, or, according to the GAIA Space Telescope, by dual systems. Detection of satellites, determination of orbital parameters and dynamic masses in binary systems.Telescopes: VLT / FORS2, GTC / OSIRIS. Extending the photographic overview of the FON program to weaker stars, to the southern zones of the sky (more than 60% of the total sky area), and supplementing astrometric catalogs with photometric U and V values. Development of a technique for observing stars with asteroids. Observation processing, accuracy of finite parameters (passage time, position, asteroid size). Creating catalogs of coordinates and stellar magnitudes of small bodies of the solar system based on the processing of digitized photographic plates.
