Pisarzhevskii Institute Of Physical Chemistry of The National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description1 The aim of this work is to develop the physicochemical basis for the creation of catalysts based on the latest carbon nanomaterials, in particular, CNTs and graphene, and composites based on them for heterogeneous-catalytic processes of obtaining valuable chemical compounds, which, in particular, will contribute to the expansion of the use of such carbon nanomaterials catalysts for industrially important heterogeneous catalytic processes: hydrogenation of organic compounds, hydrogenation of carbon monoxide, acid-base transformations of mono- and polyhydric alcohols s with obtaining valuable products such as olefins, heavy waxes, oils, motor fuel components, glycerol esters, carbonyl compounds. To achieve this goal, methods for the synthesis of simple and functionalized carbon nanotubes, graphene and nanocomposites will be developed. The regularities of the influence of structural, physicochemical, acid-base and mass-exchange characteristics of the obtained materials on their activity in the processes of heterogeneous-catalytic conversion of carbohydrates, carbon monoxide and alcohols will be established. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-10 Close
