To do this, the base composition of lanthanum vanadate is doped with modifying alkaline earth cations (Ca, Ba, Sr) in order to shift its absorption edge from 350 nm to 400 - 450 nm, and to obtain fluorescent transducers additionally doped with ions of rare earth elements (Yb, Sm, Eu, Er). Comprehensive studies of the crystal structure and optical properties are carried out in order to establish the patterns of occurrence of the desired spectral characteristics in vanadate compounds. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-10 Close
