Registration Date 17-10-2020 Organization National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute» popup.description1 The goal of the research is to improve the efficiency of software engineering processes and products by using the ecosystem concept. In the process of developing and maintaining a software product, many things called software artifacts are created and used. Artifacts change, reuse and change relationships in the development and maintenance processes of a software product. The complexity and variety of relationships of software artifacts require adequate means of description and management. The purpose of the first stage is to manage software artifacts by applying the concept of an ecosystem. For this, it is necessary to investigate software artifacts, propose and study a model of the software artifacts ecosystem, propose and investigate the types, rules and attributes of actors, relationships and actions in the context of ecosystems of software artifacts provision is desirable while save the ecological sense of the concept. The results of the first stage led to an understanding of the expansion of the research, namely the need to study the ecosystems of software engineering, that is, the application of the concept to the whole "territory" of the software engineering. The purpose of the second stage is to manage software products and processes by applying the ecosystem concept. To achieve the purpose of the second stage, it is necessary to define the basis and classification of software engineering ecosystems, to determine the content of ecosystem researche in software engineering while save the ecological meaning of the concept. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-10 Close
