To study the role of creative industries in the development of the economics, their contribution to the formation of gross domestic product, the impact on the development of the entrepreneurship, promoting competitiveness of Ukraine in the world market. To study the issues of the intellectual property rights protection to objects created in the creative industries. To identify the main types of infringements of intellectual property rights to these objects and the causes of such infringements. To analyze the practice of litigation related to infringements of intellectual property rights to objects created by creative industries.
