The project plans to analyze the state and prospects of development of legislative support for the transformation of degraded and unproductive agricultural lands of private property in Ukraine and develop proposals for improvement based on foreign and domestic experience. It is planned to develop methodological recommendations for the transformation of degraded and unproductive agricultural lands of private ownership in Ukraine "from general to partial", taking into account the current state of agricultural land use.
