Unlike other scientific developments in this field, where waste management is considered in one of the contexts, this project is focused on the search for such combinations of models by means of economic and mathematical modeling investment and tax support for the development of the waste management system, which maximizes its effectiveness in ensuring the energy balance, leveling threats to ecology and public health.
