Photoelectric modules based on II-VI semiconductors have high efficiency values, can be deposited on flexible substrates, which makes them mobile, and reach the level of 22.5%. Thanks to the cheaper and reproducible technology of physical vacuum deposition, it is possible to deposit photovoltaic heterostructures in one technological cycle, and the developed technology of depositing thin film thermoelements on the reverse side will ensure more thermoelectric energy conversion. Such a system will perform several additional functions: it will increase the service life of the photovoltaic system, thanks to cooling the system will work more stably, since, as it was established, heating (high temperatures) significantly reduces the efficiency of the photocell and its service life, it will make it possible to generate additional thermoelectric energy with a minimum layer thickness and will contribute to the reduction of heat emissions into the atmosphere. The thin-film technology used makes it possible to obtain systems of small thickness, which are light and can be used as coatings on tarpaulins, window blinds, glass, ceramics, etc. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
