The influence of thermal solidification conditions, the introducing of grain grinding additives on the solidification processes of AHSS and the formation of fine-grained ingot structure will be studied. Additionally, the influence of electroslag remelting on the structure of steels and the content of nonmetallic inclusions, as well as the cooling rate on the size and composition of nanocarbide emissions will be studied. Analysis grain grinding and deformation hardening mechanisms in steels of due to nano-carbides will answer why light Fe–Al–Mn–C steels have high strength, ductility and yield strength. It is also planned to study the phase transformations in the samples after cold- and / and hot-deformation of Fe-Mn-Al-C (Si) duplex steel and its kinetics of recrystallization in a wide range of annealing temperatures (973-1273 K). The study of the evolution of microstructure and texture after thermomechanical treatment of high-entropy AHSS will make it possible to identify parameters that are mainly responsible for improving the mechanical properties of the alloy. The parameters of some important processes occurring during metallurgical processing and crystallization of AHSS with high entropy will be substantiated. First of all, these are the processes of formation and transformation of non-metallic inclusions in liquid metal at the stages of its secondary processing and subsequent casting. The high-temperature behavior of the advanced high-strength steels in protective and oxidizing atmospheres is a very important issue, because the technology of their manufacture involves heat treatment. As AHSSs contain high concentrations of manganese and aluminum, but the effect of these elements is still unclear, the study of high-temperature oxidation is an urgent task of the project. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
