The most obvious and negative consequence was the devaluation of acquired qualifications. For the Ukrainian educational system, this challenge was also a kind of stimulus that opened a window of new opportunities, becoming a catalyst for much-needed modernization changes in education. The main challenges facing higher education in Ukraine and the need to respond to them as soon as possible with appropriate measures to preserve the quality of higher education have determined the current direction of research work of the Department of Foreign Languages of the National Aerospace University "KhAI". The main purpose of the study is to create an optimal multifunctional feedback system for its further effective use in the process of planning and implementing educational activities. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve a number of tasks: to study the successful international experience and achievements of Ukrainian higher education institutions in organizing feedback to ensure productive interaction between students and teachers; to identify and analyze possible shortcomings in the educational process that result from unpredictable changes in learning activities in the absence of transparent feedback; to study the effectiveness of existing methods of obtaining feedback to develop strategic and corrective actions to improve educational activities.
