In the process, it is planned to collect information about the electric and gravitational energies of motion, with the use of stationary and eddy components, in the form of the action of the field functional. Based on the Hamilton-Ostrogradsky variational principle, the combined space-time differential equations of the electric and gravitational fields will be formed.
