Successful solving of this aim involves the implementation of partial tasks concerning to the establishing the optimal ratio of components in individual subsystems in terms of phase-chemical composition, geometric dimensions and topology of mutual combination of components. The main task of the project will be the selection of the best nanostructured nanocomposites of chalcogenides based on As-S/Se and oxides based on Ga2O3 and B2O3, which would have the required optical-luminescent and structural properties for advanced photonic applications. popup.nrat_date 2025-01-22 Close
