Study the features of the clinical course, the optimal volume of surgical treatment and personalized selection of targeted therapy, adequate postoperative management of patients with medullary thyroid carcinoma. The specific objectives of the study include the analysis of clinical data of patients with medullary thyroid carcinoma, taking into account their age, gender and other risk factors, the study of the results of instrumental and laboratory studies for the diagnosis and staging of this pathology, the assessment of various methods of surgical treatment, including their effectiveness and side effects, the study of the genetic mirror of the tumor, the analysis of the postoperative course, including complications and possibilities of patient rehabilitation, the development of recommendations for optimal postoperative management and long-term follow-up for patients with medullary thyroid carcinoma.
