IF Kuras NAS of Ukraine popup.description1 The purpose of the study is to examine the changes taking place in the country's socio-political sphere in the institutional, political and psychological, moral and value, adaptive to the external political environment and ethno-political aspects. The applied purpose of the study is to identify crisis points in the development of the national socio-political sphere and to develop proposals on methods and tools for their neutralization. The relevance of the study is due to the difficult situation in the system of political governance and public administration in Ukraine caused by wartime circumstances, which, in turn, requires clarification of the dependence of the degree of governability of the country on the general nature and consequences of the war.
