Development of methods for the synthesis of new functional polymer and nanocomposite materials with adsorption and catalytic properties for the purification of natural and wastewater from eco-pollutants. The use of industrially available inexpensive materials will ensure the cost-effectiveness and environmental attractiveness of the process. The proposed project is aimed at developing cost-effective methods for water purification from heavy metals and organic pollutants based on an integrated approach, which includes the adsorption of heavy metal ions by nanocomposite membranes and the oxidation of organic compounds using the Fenton system using heterogeneous catalysts.
