The subject matter for analysis encompasses the national and international legal framework governing the implementation of Positive Identification of unidentified personnel and apprehended violators of migration and border control legislation. Furthermore, the analysis must evaluate international practices concerning the execution of such identification procedures for unidentified personnel and violators of migration and border control legislation, and the feasibility of their integration/adaptation within the Ukrainian context.
