This objective entails addressing the following tasks: defining the theoretical and methodological foundations of the legal regulation of public finances in the digital era, including the characterization of the transformation of the state’s role in financial legal relations, the evolution of the principles of financial law, and the changing approaches to ensuring the balance between public and private interests within financial and legal regulation; conducting a comparative legal analysis of models for the legal support of digital financial instruments, electronic budgeting, digital tax services, and fiscal control mechanisms formed at the level of the EU, OECD, and individual states; identifying the specific dynamics of tax, budgetary, currency, and other financial relations in the context of the growing role of platform-based solutions, fintech innovations, and virtual assets, as well as their impact on tax sovereignty and the financial stability of the state. popup.nrat_date 2026-01-30 Close
