To achieve the goal, the following tasks will be solved: 1. To monitor nodule bacteria of the species Bradyrhizobium japonicum and new species B. diazoefficiens and B. ottawaense in soybean agrocenoses (immunological method). To study the compatibility and activity of strains of bacteria of the genus Bradyrhizobium (vegetation experiment). 2. To assess the ability of different types of nodule bacteria to colonize soybean roots (vegetation experiment). To study the reaction of soybean to joint inoculation with active strains of Bradyrhizobium (field research). 3. To study the features of the interaction between strains of different types of soybean Bradyrhizobium and representatives of the soil population of specific bacteria (immunological method). To investigate the effect of mixed cultures of nodule bacteria on the formation and functioning of the symbiotic apparatus of soybean (field research). 4. To analyze the effect of soybean nodule bacteria of different species when used together on the soybean production process (immunological method, field research). 5. To investigate the effectiveness of using the created mixture of soybean Bradyrhizobium strains of different species as the basis of a complex preparation for soybean (field research).
