Opanasiuk, Доктор фізико-математичних наук Registration Date 01-02-2026 Organization Sumy State University popup.description1 The aim of this project is to establish materials-science fundamentals for the synthesis of nanoparticles and the fabrication of single- and multilayer heterojunction structures deposited by non-vacuum, low-energy chemical methods on various substrates, including flexible ones, based on thin films of novel oxide, tetrahedrite, and chalcogenide semiconductors. Achieving this aim involves studying the regularities of structural and phase-state formation, the nature of electronic processes associated with optical interband transitions as well as transitions involving structural and impurity-related defects, and the specifics of their influence on the physical properties of materials—particularly those related to charge-carrier scattering by crystal-lattice disorder—and establishing correlations between these factors in single- and multilayer structures of the aforementioned compounds popup.nrat_date 2026-02-01 Close
