The aim of investigation is to assess pathogenesis of interaction disturbances between insulin and cholinergic and adrenergic systems in diabetes mellitus. Methods. Special complex of original methods for circulation research based on the usage of coronary arteries catheterization and extracorporal programmed perfusion, coronary sinus catheterization and continuous drainage, heart and vessels' catheterization, combined with synchronous registration of cardiohemodynamic parameters and respiration, estimation myocardial oxygen and oxidation subsrates' consumption and metabolites release. Modelling of mediators, hormones and substrates levels' changes in coronary artery blood flow was used. As a result of performed investigation novel data were received as well as current medical and biological information concerning insulin role i n regulation of myocardial blood supply, function, metabolism and systemic circulation in healthy animal and in experimental diabetes mellitus was reviewed and summarized. Besides, new data on the mechanisms of insulin, adrenergic and cholinergic systems' interaction in regulation of cardiac, coronary and systemic circulation function were stored. Interrelation between sites of realization of insulin regulatory effects on receptory and postreceptory levels and interaction between Na+, K+ATPase, NO-syntase, guanilate cyclase were decoded. Isolated elements of effectory structure reactions of insulin, neuromediators and hormones interaction were identified. The results of performed scientific investigations form theoretical basis for the development of new more effective clinical strategies and tactics of myocardial protection and regional and systemic circulation disturbances' prophylaxis in diabetes mellitus.
