The goal of investigation: to work out the method of synthesis, to develop the technology of using and realizing production of highly basic anion-exchanger in order to provide water purification from humus substances during desalination processes, as well as water softening and conditioning. The method of investigation: the complex analysis of sorption and ion-exchange properties of the ion-exhanger. Main results: during the operation the highly basic gel ion-exchangers are fouling by humus substances, it leads to worsening of their technological characteristics and increasing of organic contents in treated water. The method of synthesis of porous anion-exchanger has been based. This anion-exchanger can provide high (50% and more) separation from humus substances, has high ion-exchanging capicity (3 mol/kg) and it can be back words regenarated (on 90% and more) by alkali -salt treatment. The operation technology of ion-exchanger using during desalination, softening and conditioning processes has been worked out. The technical specifications have been developed, the production technology has been worked out, experimental lot of anion-exchanger has been synthesized, this lot has been passed by trial-industrial testing during water desalination.
