M., Registration Date 26-09-2000 Organization State-owned enterprise "Rating agency of industry" popup.description2 Object of research were information system, program algorithmic maintenance of the operative tax and processings of the information concerning debts on wages of the state enterprises and scientific organizations of the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine. The research was carried out with use of technical ways of communication, PC incorporated in a local directory network, newest system and applied software. During performance of work were developed: technology of the tax and processing of the information; the forms of the entering information messages of the enterprises; the forms of the outgoing documents - information analytical reports; algorithms of the analysis of the information; software of formation of information databases, processing of the information and registration of parameters by results of researches. On the basis of this software and workstation the automated workplace for formation and support of databases, research of debts of the enterprises and scientific organizations on wa ges is created. During performance of work: the nomenclature of the state enterprises and scientific organizations was determined which enter into sphere of management of the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine, rather which the researches were carried out; including, registration number of the workers, with which have run into debt; debts lossed on manufacture; general change in repayment of debts on wages in comparison with the past year as of 10.03.2000. Basic scientific and technical production created and handed on the contract with the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine, are the Collections of the information analytical reports. In the information analytical reports the results of researches on the named above parameters are showed, where the data are incorporated on conditional regions of Ukraine, on industrial complexes and managements of the Ministry, on areas. In particular, in the Collections the card of Ukraine with densities of parameters of the given region in total volume of paramete rs on the Ministry concerning volumes of commodity (scientific) production, average statistical number of regular working, debts on wages is given. The lists of the enterprises are given: - which the debts on wages by a condition for 10.03.2000 have not., - which debts by term is less than the 2-nd months, - more than 3 months, - what have the largest debts on wages, that represents 95 % from general debts The results of researches were used by the chiefs of various ranks for acceptance of the administrative decisions.
