On this base, some effective technological methods of physico-chemical influence on melt were elaborated. One's allow increasing the quality of cast structure and mechanical properties of steel. The difference in behaviour of alloying elements and carbon in temperature ranges of organisation of steelmaking processes and of high intensive kind of remelting processes was found. The possibilities of effective influence of additions of microalloying elements on primary and second structure of steel and non-metal inclusions and phase compound of steel formation were determined. The steel with very dispersed structure was received that is stable to grain growth by heating. The mechanism of formation of cone of non-metal inclusion in bottom part of ingots was proposed. The base of determined choice of rational and economical ways of improving processing of melt with using methods of removal of detrimental admixtures and/or neutralisation of their action was created. Technological schemes of steel microalloying in purpose of receiving the uniform cast structure providing the necessary complex of mechanical and service properties were elaborated.
