For development of optimal system of diagnostic measures directed on rendering to the most effective help to the given quota of the patients. Object of research - patients with a combined pathology of a hip joint and lumbar region a with the operations on a hip joint were carried out. Methods: clinical, radiological, MRI, laboratory, instrumentals. As a result of complex inspection of the patients with HSS after operations on a hip joint the conditions promoting originating HSS, first of all - presence of the pathology in lumbar region were determined; the features of flow HSS at the patients after operations on a hip joint were investigated. In an operating time there were received new data for the pathogenesis of HSS: the features of the combination of miotonic both and neurocompressive of reac tions of arthogenesic and vertebrogenesic were determined.
