The aim of investigation: to work out the expert systems of diagnostics, operative and conservative treatment, prevention of the complications after traumatic damages and diseases of upper extremities. The methods of investigation: conceptual and biomechanical modelling of pathological processes, clinical, biochemical, biomechanical, electrophysiological, morphological, radiological, investigations, reflexdiagnostics, statistic, interviewing, the method of expert evaluation. The particularities of diseases and damages in the different conditions of loading and functioning of extremities were found out. An algorythm of diagnostics and freatment is worked out that allowes to differ and verify different stages of pathologic process; new methods of the diagnostic of different pathologic processes of upper extremities are created, the system of etiopathologeneticaly directed recreativ treatme nt of the patients with damages, complications of damages and diseases of upper extremities is worked out, new treating technologies with methods and devices for their usage are worked out and implemened in the practice of health care.
