Found are universal asymptotics of the function of fragment distribution in size for large-scale region. A new geometric dynamical approach is proposed for the description of billiard systems and shown is direct transformations. Geometric dynamical and differential peculiarities of billiard involutions are revealed. Obtained are equations for the function of invariant distribution of billiard as a geometric dynamical system. General expressions are derived for invariant measures of complete and brief description of billiard. Found is a new class of completely chaotic polymorhous billiards.
