The goal of investigation is to study the qualitative and quantitative connections of the global and regional changes of the hydrometeorologicaland other hydrophysical fields. Atmosphere-ocean interaction on micro- and meso-scales is considered. Now it is one of the main climatic problems, which is connected the study of natural and anthropogenic climate variability both for the Ukrainian region and over the world. New approaches for the global and regional variability of analyzed fields are suggested, particularly, special statistical analysis, dynamic modelling, based on using modern high-resolution numerical models of atmospheric circulation, wind-wave numerical model of generation and propagation of the surface waves in the ocean and closed sea basines, including the Black and Azov seas. The hydrometeorological fields over the Black Sea region ware monitored using modern automated regist ration system with satellite connection.
