Objective of the work: theoretical and experimental studies of the estimation of individual adaptation abilities of athletes to high training loads being of skilled wrestlers functional fitness. Methods of studies and equipment: theoretical analysis and generalization of special literature, questionnaires, talking with coaches and athletes, pedagogical observation, testing of physical fitness and determining atheletes' functional state with utilization o ergometric an physiological methods, tensodynamometric complex. Obtained results and novelty: the findings provide conditions for a new approach to individualization of special endurance development in wrestlers during utilization of high training loads.
