Karazin popup.description2 The objects of experimental research aluminium alloy 1420, 1201, Al — 4% Cu, Al — 4,1% Cu — 0,5% Zr, Al — (5-12)% Mg, Ni, and the alloy of the type "avial". The aim of this work is to research experimentally the influence of the initial grain structure on the localization of the superplastic flow and the dynamics of descontinities development during it. Another aim is to research dispantive properties of alloys Al — (5-12)% Mg in the temperature range of Zinner relacsation and the influence of dislocations on dispantive properties of Ni; to work out a device for indication of the mechanical strain level in deformed crystals. The relation of grain boundary discontinity morphology and the local discontinity of deformation and accomodation processes which take place during superplastic deformation of ultra fine grain alloy Al — 4,1% Cu — 0,5% Zr. The distribution of comparative number of grains, which slide and give part to the common deformation of the specimen the values of the part of local deformat ion due to the grain boundary sliding development is obtained. The influence of mechanical fibral texture on the localization of the superplastic flow of the alloy 1420 specimens is studied. The properties of alloys Al — (5-12)% Mg in the Zinner's peak is also studied. The effect of obtaining of the complex peak, which is got due to Zinner and Tana-Ke relaxation is observed. A device for measuring of the level of mechanical stresses during the plastic deformation in conditions of the active stresses is worked out and produced.
