It was stated shat latent forms of syphilis prevail, low serological rests titres and low lymph nodes reactions were established. Syphilitic cotagion complicates pregnancy current, delivery and after - delivery period and child's condition negatively. Benzylpenicillin is the best antibiotic used for curing of syphilis. Biciline and retarpen treatment is inexpediend especially during the first half of pregnancy. Immunostimulating therapy has been devised if there is a danger of seroresistanee.
