On the basis of changes in a corner of the forward chamber and features of clinical current neovascular glaucoma the criteria for varied and pathogenesis of the reasonable choice of a method of treatment at various stages of disease are developed. The algorithm of surgical treatment neovascular glaucoma is offered. Is proved. That the application stabilization of a rate of treatment, cryoretinopecsia and antiglaucoma of operations made in view of a stage of disease, allows to raise efficiency of treatment of the patients neovascular glaucoma from 60 % up to 85%.
